This is an elegantly decorated fine-dining restaurant with a high ceiling of beautiful hard-wood that gives a fresh, airy feeling. Its outdoor verandah provides a spectacular view of the town of St. George’s with its mountain range in the distance. The atmosphere is very special. You will undoubtedly meet other guests to share the experience. Dinner is served ‘a la carte’ and consists of several courses that include meats and fish as well as vegetarian selections. PRIME SIRLOIN STEAK: Char-grilled sirloin of beef with wasabi mashed potatoes, merin fondant onion, truffle oil flavored jus
DUCK BIGARADE: Roasted Duck breast with green onion mashed potatoes, vegetable spring roll in a hoisin sauce
TOM YAM CHICKEN: Grilled Indonesian spiced marinated chicken breast with tom yam risotto, grilled spring onion, coconut parmesan crisp in a red curry reduction
