This refreshingly air-conditioned restaurant is a garden enclave with large glass windows that show off lush tropical greenery. It is here that you start your day with a full buffet breakfast. Choose from a variety of dishes including eggs cooked to order, sausages, bacon, baked beans and grilled tomatoes with daily specials like Egg Benedict. You can also enjoy some of our Caribbean specialty dishes or go continental with a selection of breads, Danish pastries, chocolate croissants and cereals. Lots of tropical fruits include mangoes, melons, papaya and pineapple. A themed buffet of fabulous choice is served for lunch daily, and a Mediterranean dinner buffet with Asian influence is served nightly. Special diets such as vegetarian, vegan, low cholesterol and low salt are available on request to our chef.
